Come celebrate our great traditional Independence Week in remembrance of our fellow men and women that
served and paid the ultimate sacrifice for our great country. This is a time to have friends and family join together
and enjoy music, food, fellowship with our veterans, families and friends.

The purpose of the week long event is to help restore & improve the beauty and the life of the Mississippi Gulf
Coast following the destruction suffered from Hurricane Katrina.  There will be other events during this week, such
as: The National Fishing Rodeo in Biloxi and The Mississippi Gulf Coast Bike Fest along Hwy 90 and surrounding
cities.

This will be accomplished by inviting a multitude of visitors, fishing tournament participants, spectators,  local
family and friends to enjoy the 4th of July week and what it stands for:  honor, pride in the United States of
America and it veterans who served honorably for this great nation to be free.

The company is constructed of medically retired, retired and families members that have served in the Armed
Forces honorably.  Members of the company are very active in the District #1 for the Tri-counties (Jackson-
Harrison and Hancock) Veterans of Foreign Wars and the Patriot Guard Riders of Mississippi as well. We will be
donating portions of the proceeds to both non-profit organizations to help support our Veterans in need.

There will be live entertainment throughout the week as well as open markets for shopping.  Major entertainment
personalities will be enlisted in this endeavor as well as local and state entertainment personalities.  Corporate and
Local sponsors for this event will be enlisted to expand the broadcasting of the event.

Our intent:

To have a concert, of an American Icon of great southern rock, Molly Hatchet and Blackfoot to play on the 3rd of
July.

Local and state wide bands will play during the week leading up to the concert.
Incorporate a local car club to have a car and bike show for spectators to enjoy the new and old vehicles of the years.

Local and state vendors to help generate state revenue through sales of food, beverages, and apparel.

Looking to initiate a National BBQ cooking contest.
Hoping to begin a tradition that will bring family and friends together to enjoy the festivities of the 4th of July week.

The effects of a seven day event while working with the other festival events will be:

    Increase tourism.
Area restaurants will enjoy an increase in customer attendance.
Local area hotels and campgrounds will enjoy an increase in extended stays.
Local merchants will increase their sales, as cycle enthusiasts are known to spend money recreationally.
Local entertainment establishments will have an increase in profits for 7 days of this event.

Due to the Mississippi Gulf Coast Bike Fest and National Fishing Tournament in Biloxi, and us possibly starting a
National BBQ Contest with Kansas City BBQ.  As well with a national named entertainment being an annual event,
every year this will occur and bring back the great Gulf Coast Cities back on the map for the rest of the nation to
see us grow.

Once the Bike Fest participants, fishing rodeo spectators have experienced a taste of the Southern hospitality here
on the Mississippi Gulf Coast, they will spread the word to other friends and families. This will have an overall
effect on tourism throughout the year.
